Jena Novotny is a fitness and life improvement coach for women who are ready to get “unstuck” and redefine their health from the inside out. Her mission is to walk alongside other women who are interested in creating their personal roadmap that feeds their body and soul, as well as, their families.

A former certified birth doula, Jena has always been drawn to supporting women during a time of personal growth and transition.

Above all, she has walked in the same footsteps as many of her clients; challenged with overcoming disordered eating, calorie counting, postpartum stress, lack of motivation, low energy levels, and feelings of inadequacy. Jena empathizes with her clients’ roadblocks and desire for increased strength, health, weight loss, and life balance.

Jena’s PASSION is to spread every single bit of knowledge she has and has lived to women and mothers juggling the demands of a growing family. Through her blog, she has created a thriving community and audience as she shares how to live a life filled with passion and inspiration in a balanced way.

With a powerful mix of positive mentoring, compassion, and practicality, Jena offers one-on-one coaching and challenge groups to help clients leverage their unique strengths and gain control over nutrition, habits, and focus.
